Privacy notice
Farhat Support is operated by Ahmad Farhat in Beirut, Lebanon. This notice describes how this support website uses your information.
Information you provide
We receive your sign-in account identifier and email address, and collect the name, optional phone number and company, request details, and replies you submit. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or confidential files in tickets.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to requests, arrange support, discuss quotes, and keep a record of the conversation. The administrator can access all tickets; customers can access their own tickets. Scope, price, and appointments are agreed before work begins.
Services that process information
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and storage. Resend delivers sign-in codes to your email and new-ticket alerts to the administrator, plus reply alerts to customers when support responds. Those alerts contain a ticket reference and website link, without the customer's name or request details. These providers may process information outside Lebanon under their own terms and privacy policies.
Sign-in and security
We store your verified email and account identifier. Sign-in codes expire after 15 minutes and work once. Read your email on any device and enter the code on the sign-in page where you requested it. Each code allows up to five verification attempts. Essential cookies keep you signed in for up to 30 days. Signing out revokes that browser’s session. We store keyed hashes of sign-in codes and hashes of session tokens, and temporary keyed hashes of network addresses to limit abuse. Expired codes and sessions are cleaned up on subsequent sign-in requests. Your account remains until you request its deletion.
Ticket retention
Tickets become eligible for deletion six calendar months after they are marked Resolved or Closed. The website automatically removes eligible tickets, their messages, and related application audit entries the next time a signed-in user accesses the ticket system. If the system is not used, deletion can occur later than six months.
Reopening a ticket cancels its deletion date; resolving or closing it again starts a new six-month period. Changing priority or adding a reply without reopening does not extend the period. Existing resolved tickets use their last recorded update as the starting date.
This cleanup applies to the live ticket database. It does not delete administrator email alerts, WhatsApp conversations, or copies and operational logs retained by service providers. We have not verified a six-month deletion schedule for provider backups.
Service reviews
If you leave a review, we store your account identifier, email, star rating, optional comment, and update date. Reviews are private to you and the administrator and help improve the service. You can update your review. Reviews become eligible for deletion six calendar months after their last update and are removed on the next signed-in system visit, subject to the same provider-copy limitations above.
Visit counts
We keep daily totals of page views to understand website usage. This counter stores no IP addresses, visitor identifiers, or browsing histories and does not set tracking cookies. Signed-in administrator visits are excluded. Anonymous aggregate totals are retained separately from ticket records.
Questions and requests
For questions about your information, or to request access, correction, or deletion, email ahmad.farhat6295@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's privacy practices.
